Joseph O'Connor
Chief Underwriting Officer / President of Programs and Brokerage
Joseph is a Partner and acts as the Chief Underwriting Officer for WealthGuard's in-house underwriting unit. He has over 30 years of successful global underwriting and executive management experience. He has held senior positions with several large international carriers as well as two start-up ventures that later went public. His unique multiline expertise, recognized leadership and strong relationships with key trading partners has helped WealthGuard rapidly develop and grow our specialty programs offering.
Ian Harris serves as Vice President of Programs and Brokerage at WealthGuard Insurance Group, where he is responsible for the development, growth, and underwriting of the company’s specialty insurance programs. He has quickly gained experience in specialty insurance program development and underwriting. Ian brings a strategic and analytical approach to identifying opportunities, managing risk, and building solutions tailored to unique market needs. In his role, Ian is committed to expanding WealthGuard’s specialty capabilities while delivering meaningful value and strengthening relations with our core industry partners.
Licensed in Property & Casualty and Surplus Lines insurance, Rashmi brings over five years of commercial insurance experience to WealthGuard. As a Technical Administration and Underwriting Assistant, she specializes in underwriting support for all WIG Programs, policy documentation, administrative operations, and process management.
